By accessing and using Flaxu ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Flaxu provides a cloud-based platform for deploying and managing AI assistant instances (Clawdbot). The Service includes hosting, management tools, and integrations with third-party messaging platforms.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purposes, to harass others, to distribute malware, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
Flaxu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
